Compliance

Compliance is a moderation dashboard for removing messages from visitor chats and team channels, with a permanent record written for every action. It is available to super-admins and to the operators your organization puts on its compliance allowlist.

Where it lives and who sees it

Open the Compliance tab in the overflow menu. A badge shows your reach: Platform scope can moderate every workspace, while Workspace scope is limited to your own.

Remove a message

Hover the message you want to remove, click Delete, give a reason, and confirm. A visitor chat message is hard-deleted. A team-channel message is soft-deleted, so its body is wiped and it shows as removed while the thread stays intact.

Audit log

The log lists actions newest first. Filter by an action prefix or an actor email and click Refresh to reload. For a forensic workflow, Advanced: delete by id lets you remove a specific message when you already have its id from an export or a deep link.
