Get Report

Get Report lets you ask for any workspace report in plain language. Type a question like "How much has Sarah brought in this month?" and the AI looks up sales, lead conversion, engagement, attendance, and salary, then answers in seconds. You can ask in any language.

Where it lives

Open the Get Report tab in the overflow menu. It is available to owners and admins.

Ask a question

Type your question and click Ask, or tap the microphone to speak it. The Try asking suggestions give you a few examples to start from. If more than one person matches a name, the AI asks which one you mean rather than guessing.

Work with the answer

• Show lookups: expands the exact data the AI queried to reach its answer, so you can check its working.
• Export: downloads the whole conversation as a CSV.
• New query: clears the thread and starts fresh.
