Your domain. Your inbox. One team thread.
Bring your own IMAP/SMTP mailbox per agent. Customer email threads next to chat, and the same PII redaction rules apply. No third-party mailbox you have to babysit.
Send from your own domain. Replies thread back here automatically.
Authenticate your domain inside ZenTalk and we proxy SendGrid behind a clean dashboard. Add sender addresses, hit Compose, and your team sends real email signed with DKIM and SPF. The visitor sees sales@yourdomain.com in their inbox, never noreply@somesaas.com.
Domain auth without the SendGrid login
Paste your domain, copy three CNAMEs we surface from SendGrid, drop them in your DNS, click Verify. The whole flow lives in your ZenTalk dashboard. We never expose our SendGrid login to your customers.
Smart relay, like Front and Help Scout
Every visitor reply hits a per conversation alias and re threads as a kind=EMAIL message in the chat. The assignee also gets a forwarded copy in their personal inbox so they can reply from there. That reply also routes back through ZenTalk and lands as the next message.
One composer, three places
A global Compose button in the navbar, an Email toggle inside any conversation (To prefilled from the visitor), and an Email reply button on every ticket. Same modal, same sender dropdown filtered to the senders the agent can actually use on their assigned sites.
Delivery receipts on every email
SendGrid Event Webhook patches each outbound message with delivered, opened, bounced, dropped, or spam reported. The status renders as a tiny chip on the email bubble so the agent knows whether their reply actually landed.
