Where your money goes
Your subscription
ZenTalk is billed through Stripe at a flat 50 dollars per agent per month, per workspace. The charge shows as ZENTALK LLC on your statement. You see the exact prorated amount before any seat change, and you can cancel from the Billing page at any time; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
Payments your customers make
When you take a payment in a chat, your customer pays on the hosted payment page of your own Stripe or Authorize.Net account, which opens in a new tab. The money goes straight to your account. ZenTalk takes no cut and never sees the card number.
Calling and numbers
Phone usage is separate and transparent: calls run from a prepaid calling wallet you top up yourself, and a rented phone number is a fixed monthly charge to your card. Nothing is billed in the background.

How your data is protected
- Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and every agent can turn on two factor sign in with an authenticator app.
- Your Stripe and Authorize.Net keys are encrypted with AES 256 GCM before they are stored.
- Customer email and phone are masked for regular agents by default; owners and admins choose who sees originals.
- Workspace, role, and sign in changes are written to an audit log with who did it, from which IP, and when.
- Your chats and leads are never sold and never used to train public AI models.
- A public data deletion form lets any visitor ask for their data to be removed.

A note on the name
Several unrelated products share the name ZenTalk. ZenTalk at usezentalk.com is not affiliated with the ASUS ZenTalk community forum, Zendesk Talk, zentalk.chat, or zentalk.pl. If a search result shows forum threads about phones, or Zendesk call center pricing, it is about a different product.

No. ZenTalk at usezentalk.com is a business communication and AI sales chat platform based in Houston, Texas. It is not affiliated with the ASUS ZenTalk community forum, Zendesk Talk, zentalk.chat, zentalk.pl, or any other product that shares the name.
Is it safe to put my payment details in ZenTalk?
Your own subscription card is handled by Stripe, not stored by ZenTalk. If you connect Stripe or Authorize.Net to take payments from your customers, those API keys are encrypted with AES 256 GCM before they are saved, and your customers pay on the processor hosted page, so card numbers never pass through ZenTalk.
Can I try it before paying, and can I cancel?
Yes. Every workspace starts with a one week free trial, which needs a card on file and is not charged during the trial. You can cancel from the Billing page at any time, and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Where can I read reviews of ZenTalk?
ZenTalk is listed on G2, and you can watch the real product on our YouTube channel and read every screen in our docs. We are a young product, so the review count is still small. We do not publish made up testimonials or star ratings on this site.
