Projects, deliveries, e signature

The work doesn't stop at hello. Run the project here too.

Every chat that closes can become a tracked project, with kanban tasks, named deliveries (file uploads or external links), and a contract the customer actually signs in their browser. No bouncing to Asana, then Drive, then DocuSign, then back to your inbox.

  • Kanban that maps to real work

Four columns (To do, In progress, In review, Done), drag and drop with optimistic reorder, per task assignee, due date, and visibility. Internal only tasks stay hidden from the customer; customer visible tasks render on the portal.

  • Deliveries with versioned releases

Publish "Homepage v1" with a Figma link, "Homepage v2" with a PDF, "Homepage v3" with a final ZIP. Per version release notes plus a feedback thread the customer can post into. Optional sign off gate blocks the next version until the current one is approved.

  • E signature, native, no DocuSign tax

Drop a project contract into ZenTalk. The customer reviews it on the portal, signs on a canvas, types their name and company. We render an audit grade PDF (signature image, IP, user agent, timestamp) and email confirmations to both sides.

  • Per project agent membership

Designers see their projects, developers see theirs. AGENT role visibility is scoped per project, so an agency can have 30 contractors in one workspace without blanket access to every client folder.
