Blocked IPs

Blocked IPs is your workspace blocklist. Visitors from a blocked IP cannot open new chat sessions or submit tickets, and their existing rows are hidden from your dashboard. Both the blocks you add by hand and the automatic ones, from proxy detection, rapid-bounce, and threat feeds, appear here.

Where it lives

Open the Blocked IPs tab in the top bar. Owners and admins can block and unblock; other agents see the list read-only for context.

Block an IP

Paste one address or many into the box, separated by commas, spaces, or one per line. Add an optional reason that applies to all of them, then click Block IP, or Block N IPs for a batch. ZenTalk tells you how many were newly blocked, how many were already blocked, and how many it skipped as invalid.

Reading the list

  • IP: the address, with city and country when known.
  • Reason and who: the note on the block and who added it.
  • Ad clicks and all clicks: counts of activity from that IP. Click an ad-click count to open the full click timeline with the verdict on each hit.
  • Brands, first seen, last activity, blocked: which sites the IP touched and the key timestamps, shown as exact times so you can reconcile against your ad reports.
  • Unblock: removes the block and brings that visitor back into your dashboard.
Push blocks to your ads
Connect Google Ads and every block here, manual or automatic, is mirrored to your campaigns as an excluded IP, so you stop paying for those clicks at the source.
