Pick your industry

Set Brand industry to the one that fits your business. That choice decides which shared playbook your AI uses, and it applies to every site in the brand.

Edit the playbook

• Add: type a tactic, for example "Offer a free sample chapter before quoting a price," and click Add.
• Edit or remove: hover a point to reveal the edit and delete controls.
• No drafts, no approval: every change is live at once. ZenTalk can also learn new points automatically from your won conversations.
