Introducing WhatsApp Marketing in ZenTalk

WhatsApp Marketing is now live in ZenTalk. You can send approved WhatsApp campaigns, build chatbot flows, and run Shopify and WooCommerce automations from the same workspace as your website chat, AI agent, and email helpdesk, and the AI answers every reply knowing which campaign it came from.

What is in it

• Templates. Marketing, utility, and authentication templates with image, video, or document headers, carousels of 2 to 10 cards, quick reply, website, and call buttons, and a Write with AI helper. You get an email when a template is in review, approved, or rejected.
• Campaigns. Send to a segment, tags, or picked contacts, personalise with contact and store data, A/B test up to three versions, and schedule for later. The review step shows the estimated cost per country.
• Retarget. Presets such as Read but did not reply, Clicked but did not order, and Did not read build a follow up audience in one click.
• Reporting. Sent, delivered, read, replied, clicked, orders, revenue, cost, and ROAS per campaign, personal tracked links, downloadable recipient lists, and a report by email when the campaign finishes.
• Flows. A no code chatbot builder with keyword, first message, and campaign reply triggers, a simulator, and handoff to the AI assistant or your team.
• Automations. Abandoned cart, order confirmation, cash on delivery check, shipped, delivered, cancelled, and win back for Shopify and WooCommerce.
• Contacts and segments. CSV import with opt in source, automatic STOP handling, and segments built from tags, attributes, campaign engagement, and store orders.

How pricing works

Messages are paid per send from your ZenTalk wallet, at Meta's rate for the recipient's country and category plus a small markup, and you see the price before anything goes out. For the details, read WhatsApp Business API pricing in 2026.

Getting started

1. Connect your WhatsApp Business number on the Channels page through Meta embedded signup.
2. Open WhatsApp Marketing and follow the Get started with WhatsApp Marketing checklist.
3. Create a template, import your opted in contacts, and send a small first campaign.
